#1 iBUYPOWER Cosmic: Kronovi / Sadjunior / Gibbs / KyleMasc? |

Right now it is a really tough choice to say who is really the #1 team in NA, and so far iBP Cosmic stays up on top for another week. Despite their 0-3 (albeit 2 of those games lost in the last seconds) loss to nXs and previous weeks MF loss to NOT, iBP have proved to be one of the only top NA teams that hasn’t lost to anyone below the #4 position, which is really the driving force to their position in the rankings. With some really important potential games ahead of iBP, such as their IRCL grudge match against NOT, iBP really need to kick it up a notch. Should we not see any improvement in the next 7 days from iBP, I have some high doubts that they will be able to hold onto their throne. -Dirkened

#2 NOT: Klassux / Low5ive / ? | Up 1

NOT Never showed up this week as we still don’t have their results from IRCL, and honestly the lack of matches between the top 4 has made figuring their rankings particularly difficult. However, looking back at last weeks results NOT has proven to us that they are more than capable of being the top team in NA, they just have to break through some roadblocks (ie a team named Kings of Urban). Luckily, this will all change in the near future as RLC Pro League is coming as well as some potential new tournaments. And now that Kyle Masc has carried two teams to the #1 and #2 rankings, I think we all wonder the same thing: what are his plans for total Rocket League domination and is NOT included? -Dirkened

#3 Kings of Urban: Fireburner / Jacob / Moses | Down 1

The Kings of Urban fall to the #3 spot this week, but essentially only because I ranked them 4th behind Nexus for the first time in several weeks. KoU had 1 significant match this week and it was a solid 3-0 win against Moon Men in IRCL. While that is definitely an impressive win (especially considering that MM is now ranked in the Top 5), it does not come close to comparing to Nexus’ week which featured a 3-0 win over iBP Cosmic. With so few games played it is very difficult to get a good basis for ranking these teams, so every single game ends up counting a great amount. While I honestly feel like the Top 4 teams are currently separated by just a mere sliver and also think that a tournament with these 4 teams run numerous times would likely yield different results, I have to rank based on what has actually happened recently and there just isn’t enough from KoU for me to justify putting them any higher than 4 at this point. -CloudFuel

#4 Nexus: Lachinio / Vafele / Pluto |

Nexus are getting back on track in a big way lately. They 3-0’ed Cosmic in IRCL and went on to win ESL this week. They have been playing more often lately and they keep piling on the wins. They have not had a chance to play Kings in a long time but their most recent match against NOT did not go well so for now they are 4th. The top 4 are closer then they have ever been in NA we truly have a four team race for the #1 spot. Hopefully Nexus can prove their worth this weekend as well as NOT to get them both into the RLC League so we can see plenty of quality matches! -Gibbs

#5 Moon Men: Amoney / ENIGMA_PLEASE / Kerupt | Up 3

After a few weeks, it appears that the Moon Men have found a bit of equilibrium (at least for the time being). In prior weeks, the team would have a series of impressive wins coupled with a few questionable losses sprinkled in to the equation which naturally made it very difficult to gauge where they really deserved to be. When I rank, I look at not only who you win against and lose again but also by how much and who those teams beat and lose to. In addition, losses to teams ranked well below you will show up as a negative while wins against teams ranked higher than you will show up as a positive. If a team has an equal share of both, then they will typically stagnate. Thankfully, this past week the Moon Men put together a very strong showing with very little doubt added to the mix. With wins over the newcomers Whiff Whaff, Wombo Combo, and Failure to Launch as well as a narrow 2-3 defeat to Nexus, MM did enough to leapfrog a few teams who have begun to stagnate and find themselves in this week’s Top 5. -CloudFuel

#6 Orange Creamsicle: Edwind / Quinn Lobdell / Gambit | Down 1

Another short week for another top NA team. OC was ousted fairly quickly last week when they met up against nXs in the Ro32 of the ESL Cup #20, and despite working with Oneill as a sub, they didn’t churn out very favorable results. As we also mentioned, we haven’t seen the results from their IRCL matches so we can really only mark this as a downward trend for the guys over at Orange Creamsicle. Though only going down one spot this week, they are really going to have to prove themselves on Sunday if they want to catch a ride as RLC Pro League qualifier. -Dirkened

#7 Jorellis Goodies: Corelli22 / jodari / magicgoodies |

Jorellis Goodies didn’t have any significant matches this week, but are still able to retain their #7 ranking due to the solid week they had 2 weeks ago. That was back when they took iBP Cosmic to 5 games in the ESL Monthly Finals. Now, that game won’t help them forever as the further we move away from it the less relevance it has, but for now it and the wins they had in that week are enough to keep JG locked in place for another week at least. They’ll have a great opportunity this Sunday, however, to show whether they deserve to stay at 7, move up, or possibly fall from their current rung. They’ll face some steep competition, but a few key wins would definitely be enough to propel them forward. -CloudFuel

#8 SnK Apollo: Huskih / fl0w / Azi / PrimeThunder / Lars | Down 2

Apollo is free falling from space recently. They keep losing to lesser teams in ESL and just have not looked like their old self lately. This week they lost to Ignition Gaming in a 3-0 sweep. I wolul be very worried if I was Apollo going into this weekend. Probably the most important weeked in a while and Apollo are coming in limping, actually they probably already lost that leg. This is the week we see if they can find a prosthetic or drop out of the top 10. -Gibbs

#9 Failure To Launch: Mecha / Zanejackey / Genocop | New

Failure to Launch had a fantastic weekend! While most teams either did well in the RLC Qualifiers or ESL, Failure to Launch looked great in both. On Saturday they won the Qualifiers and on Sunday they returned with another strong performance in ESL, getting them 4th. If they can keep up their consistency they could be a dark horse to qualify for the Pro League. It should be really exciting to see how they fair against some of the other Top 10. -Gibbs

#10 Mad Magic 2.0: SoonTM / SteveGatesRL / zOctanEz | Down 1

At this point, it is safe to say that Mad Magic 2.0 are hanging on to a spot in the Top 10 by the narrowest of margins. Over the past 2 weeks, they have lost to teams ranked below them, narrowly beaten teams ranked below them, and also netted a close 2-3 loss against iBP Cosmic in the ESL Monthly Finals. Aside from the close game 5, there really hasn’t been enough from this squad to help differentiate them from any of the teams around them which is why I ranked them 12th this week. The rest of the committee gave them a slightly higher ranking than mine and when coupled with some of the other ranking differences allowed MM2.0 a bit of a reprieve this week. This team has played very well at times in the past several weeks, but recently they just haven’t been able to show a major spark and that makes it very difficult to keep them in the Top 10. They’ll need to make sure they perform especially well this weekend to avoid falling off of the Power Rankings completely. -CloudFuel
